Most of the items that are listed here are previously owned items, and therefore are listed as no refund, no return. Please check the actual listing for details on that particular items status.

How do you ship your items?
I normally use USPS First class, Media Mail, or Priority (flat rate) shipping, depending on the customer's needs, and the most cost effective option.

How long does it take to get my item?
We ship items out within a 2 days, depending on the weather, Usually in the spring, Summer, and Fall, this is no problem, but the Winter depends on the snow - we get a lot of it here, and it sometimes delays shipping time. You will be notified if there will be any type of delay.
